CCS Driver Education offers two sessions of classes during the Fall and Spring and one Summer session for a total of five sessions during the school year for public high schools, private schools and homeschools . Class times are subject to change. Instructors will email class schedules and class schedules can be found on the canvas homepage.

Fall and Spring session classes are held after school from 3:50 p.m. - 5:50 p.m. Classes are face to face and will utilize canvas. For each class, there will be work for students to complete asynchronously at home. Class times are subject to change. Instructors will email class schedules and class schedules can be found on the canvas homepage.  

Summer session classes are held three (3) hours a day from 8 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Monday - Thursday. 

The 6 hours of the practical or behind-the-wheel phase is offered after the classroom phase of the course is completed.  Behind-the-wheel sessions are held after school hours, Monday through Sunday.  Students will receive a call or text from their instructor to schedule the driving portion.

Registration date: January 13, 2025, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Spring 1 Class: January 27 - February 19, 2025 

Registration date: March 10, 2025, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Spring 2 Class: March 24 – April 11, 2025

Registration date: May 19, 2025 8 am - 8 pm.

Summer 1 Class: June 09 - June 26, 2025. Most public school classes will meet face to face from 8 am - 11 am. Parents will have to drop off and pick up their students on time.

(Cumberland International Early College, Cross Creek Early College, Cumberland Virtual Academy, Cumberland Polytechnic, Homeschool and Private school classes are held virtually). Instructors will email class schedules one week before class begans.
