Parent Teacher Organization

The words parent teacher organization around an apple in a circle. What is the Parent Teacher Organization?
The Parent Teacher Organization is YOU – the parents and teachers.

What does the PTO do?
It enhances the educational experiences for our students and their families. This establishes good relationships between students, teachers, principals and parents.

How is this done?
Fundraisers, Box Tops, Ink Cartridges, Old Cell Phones, Assemblies, Family Picnics, Career Day, Family Dances, Homeroom/Parent Representatives, Teacher Appreciation Week, Parent Workshops, Art Council Events, Volunteer Opportunities and much MORE. We have purchased various items such as fans, microphones, sound equipment, furniture to update the Teacher’s Lounge, School  Sign, along with funding school/students needs etc.

How do I join the PTO?
This does not require you to do anything, it gives you a VOTE on various projects and purchases for the school year. Become a member and help PTO. The PTO is always looking to expand its Membership and Active Volunteers. It is a great way to meet parents in the school and be actively involved in your child’s education.  A cost of $5.00 membership fee per family!
